Is it really RM150 after the first three visits?
Yes, the ongoing scheduled review/payment amount is RM150 after the RM500, RM350 and RM350 stages. The written agreement will explain payment dates, review timing and what happens if appointments are rescheduled.
What if treatment takes longer than two years?
After the first 24 scheduled RM150 reviews/payments, longer cases continue at RM150 under the written package terms, up to a maximum total payment of RM5,800.
How long will treatment take?
Duration varies with clinical needs, attendance and response to treatment. The dentist will discuss an estimate after assessment; it is not a guaranteed finish date.
What if treatment finishes earlier?
The clinic will explain the remaining balance or settlement arrangement in the written payment terms before treatment begins. Treatment decisions are always based on clinical needs.
Are retainers and other dental treatment included?
Only the services listed in the signed package are included. Retainers, fillings, extractions, lost or damaged components and unrelated treatment are separately assessed and quoted unless the agreement states otherwise.
